Getting Started

Welcome to destinysupermarket.com! Whether you’re new to online shopping or a returning customer, we’ve made it easy for you to get started. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Create an Account

  • Sign Up: To get the most out of your shopping experience, create an account by clicking on the Sign Up button at the top right of the website.
  • Enter Your Information: Fill in your name, email, and create a password to complete your registration.
  • Benefits: With an account, you can easily track your orders, save your favorite items, and manage your account settings.

2. Browse Products

  • Explore Categories: Use the navigation menu to browse through different product categories like groceries, health items, cooking essentials, and more.
  • Search Function: Use the search bar to quickly find specific products.
  • Product Details: Click on any product to view more details, including sizes, descriptions, prices, and available stock.

3. Add Items to Your Cart

  • Select Items: When you find a product you want, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
  • Review Cart: Once you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon at the top right to review your selected items.

4. Choose Delivery or Pickup Option

  • Store Pickup: You can select one of our four store pickup locations (Kiserian Eureka, Kiserian Sokoni, Rimpa Road, or Gataka) if you prefer to pick up your order in person.
  • Delivery: Alternatively, opt for home delivery. Fees may apply depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Check Out

  • Login: If you haven’t logged in yet, do so at checkout.
  • Billing & Shipping Information: Enter your payment details and shipping information (if applicable).
  • Review: Review your order one last time before finalizing it.
  • Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., M-PESA, credit card).

6. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of your order, expected delivery/pickup date, and order number.
  • Track Your Order: You can track your order status and make changes through your account.
