1. Create an Account

2. Browse Products
- Explore Categories: Use the navigation menu to browse through different product categories like groceries, health items, cooking essentials, and more.
- Search Function: Use the search bar to quickly find specific products.
- Product Details: Click on any product to view more details, including sizes, descriptions, prices, and available stock.
3. Add Items to Your Cart
- Select Items: When you find a product you want, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Review Cart: Once you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon at the top right to review your selected items.
4. Choose Delivery or Pickup Option
- Store Pickup: You can select one of our four store pickup locations (Kiserian Eureka, Kiserian Sokoni, Rimpa Road, or Gataka) if you prefer to pick up your order in person.
- Delivery: Alternatively, opt for home delivery. Fees may apply depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Check Out
- Login: If you haven’t logged in yet, do so at checkout.
- Billing & Shipping Information: Enter your payment details and shipping information (if applicable).
- Review: Review your order one last time before finalizing it.
- Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., M-PESA, credit card).
6. Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of your order, expected delivery/pickup date, and order number.
- Track Your Order: You can track your order status and make changes through your account.
